That first year was a grind, but with every lift and every new milestone, I built more than muscle — I built confidence. I’m a very passionate gym fanatic who strives to help others achieve their goals and push them to a level outside of their comfort zone that will make them improve every day. Now, I want my clients to experience that same transformation: to walk into a gym and feel like they belong there.
Growing up, I struggled to find a routine that made me feel strong, healthy, and confident. When I discovered resistance training, it completely changed how I saw my body and my capabilities. I’m a very straightforward yet caring individual who strives to help clients improve every day and push themselves to be better. My mission is to help clients, especially women, not just “work out” but truly fall in love with their own strength.
I’m Jakson Raimondi — a certified personal trainer who fell in love with fitness the moment I realized what it could do for both the body and the mind. My own journey started with a passion for pushing my limits, and over the years, that passion grew into a mission: helping others discover their strength, their confidence, and their place in the fitness world. With expertise in nutrition, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting, I design programs that don’t just deliver results — they empower people to grow inside and outside of the gym. Alissa specializes in women-focused workouts that create a strong and toned physique, with a focus on lower body strength training, muscle growth, and a balanced, toned upper body. A true health fanatic, she dedicates herself to staying in shape and living a healthy lifestyle in all aspects — inspiring her clients to do the same. Her approach empowers women to feel confident, strong, and unstoppable. She is a very straightforward yet caring individual who strives to help clients improve every day and push themselves to be better.
